These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the pk339 platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered account holders who deposit funds and place wagers. By using any part of pk339.pro, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing pk339 voluntarily, of your own free will, and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You agree to be bound by any updates or amendments to these Terms as published on pk339.pro from time to time.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. pk339 may, at its discretion, publish a Pakistani-English summary of key terms for user convenience, but such a summary does not supersede these full Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the pk339 platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age;
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as individual account holders;
3. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of pk339 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which use of the pk339 platform is prohibited under local, national, or international law;
5. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pk339 or any other gambling platform operated by pk339 or its affiliates;
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the law of your jurisdiction.

pk339 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Verification documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts under age verification review may have deposits and withdrawals temporarily suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

pk339 operates under an international gaming licence and is not licensed to operate in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. pk339 shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from a user's failure to comply with local laws.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one pk339 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses, without any right of appeal.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk339 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk339 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pk339 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. pk339 may temporarily suspend your account while investigating a suspected security breach.

pk339 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a user has violated these Terms, provided false information, or poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to the platform.

All monetary transactions on pk339 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk339 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may change from time to time at pk339's discretion.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit screen within your pk339 account. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt of cleared funds. pk339 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pk339 targets withdrawal processing within the following indicative timeframes:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa / SadaPay: Same business day for requests submitted before 22:00 PKT;
• HBL / UBL bank transfer: 1 business day;
• USDT TRC20: Approximately 30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation.

These are target processing times and not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. pk339 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Dormant account fees may apply to accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pk339 will provide advance notice before any dormancy fee is applied. The applicable fee and notice period will be communicated via the email address on file.

All bets and wagers placed on pk339 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the pk339 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

A bet is considered accepted only when pk339 issues a confirmed bet reference or confirmation screen. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the bet shall be void and any staked amount returned to the user's account balance.

pk339 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a pricing error ("palpable error"). pk339 will notify the affected user and return the staked amount. The user shall have no claim to winnings arising from a palpably erroneous price.

Live and in-play betting markets may be suspended or restricted at pk339's discretion during periods of uncertainty, technical disruption, or where pk339 has reason to believe that the integrity of an event is in question. Bets placed before a suspension are unaffected unless the event is subsequently declared void under the relevant game rules.

Casino game outcomes on pk339 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RNG certification is maintained through an independent testing laboratory engaged by pk339. Historic RNG audit summaries are available on request from pk339 support.

pk339 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. Where there is any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users aged 21 and over only;
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total);
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are set out in the relevant promotion terms. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino and sports bets contribute at a lower rate;
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation;

Users of pk339 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. A breach of any prohibition set out in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles pk339 to immediately terminate your account and forfeit your balance:

• Registering more than one account on pk339 (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the pk339 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purpose;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or knowingly benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other automated means to access or interact with the pk339 platform;
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage — such advantages must be reported immediately to pk339 support;
• Conducting arbitrage betting across pk339 accounts or in systematic combination with other platforms in a manner that constitutes an abuse of pk339's pricing;
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward pk339 staff or other users via any communication channel;
• Accessing the pk339 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or poker product.

pk339 employs monitoring tools and analytical systems to detect suspicious activity. Where prohibited activity is identified, pk339 reserves the right to void implicated bets or game rounds, reverse associated winnings, and initiate legal proceedings where appropriate.

pk339 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for the vast majority of our users, can cause harm to a minority who develop problem gambling behaviours. Third-party game content made available through pk339 is licensed from software providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. The pk339 platform serves as a distribution channel for such content and makes no ownership claim over third-party game assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk339 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk339 platform, even if pk339 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk339's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower.

pk339 does not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk339 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and resolve technical issues promptly, but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk339's liability for death or personal injury caused by pk339's negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your use of the pk339 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how pk339 collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal data in connection with your use of the platform.

By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and understood the pk339 Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• pk339 collects personal data necessary for account management, payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming purposes;
• pk339 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes;
• Personal data is retained for as long as your account is active and for such additional periods as required by applicable law or our licensing obligations;

Either party may terminate the user's pk339 account at any time. Users may close their account by contacting pk339 support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to the user via their last-used payment method, subject to identity verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

pk339 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within the stipulated time;
• A self-exclusion request by the account holder;
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring account closure;
• Where pk339 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to pk339, other users, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, pk339 may withhold the account balance in its entirety. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the balance will be returned in full subject to the verification and payment method conditions described above.

pk339 operates a formal complaints and dispute resolution procedure. If you have a dispute or complaint regarding your account, a bet outcome, a bonus decision, or any other aspect of the pk339 service, you should follow the steps below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant supporting evidence. pk339 support will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the complaint within 5 business days;

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

pk339 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect user rights or obligations — pk339 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the address on file and by displaying a prominent notice on pk339.pro.

Non-material amendments (for example, clarifications, typographical corrections, or minor restructuring that does not change the substantive content of any clause) may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication on pk339.pro.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at pk339.pro/terms-conditions. The effective date and version number are displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the pk339 platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a proposed material change to these Terms, you must stop using the pk339 platform and close your account before the change takes effect. Closure prior to a material change entitles you to a full refund of your account balance.
